Băng dán DuoDERM^® CGF^®

Là băng dán dính hydrocolloid,lớp polyurethane ngoài cùng không thấm nước, lớp foam
Phức hợp 3 loại hydrocolloid kết hợp với nhau
Lớp bám dính chứa polyme giúp tăng cường khả năng kiểm soát dịch tiết bằng cách tạo thành lớp gel mềm
DuoDERM^® CGF^® hoạt động như một hàng rào ngăn cản sự xâm nhập của vi khuẩn, virut và các chất ngoại lại khác
Trong phòng thí nghiệm, băng dán đã được chứng minh là ngăn cản sự xâm nhập của virut HIV khi ở dạng nguyên vẹn, không bị rò rỉ dịch

Tính chất cơ học:

Băng dán DuoDERM^® CGF^® tương tác với dịch tiết vết thương để tạo lớp gel mềm giúp tháo băng mà không gây tổn thương những mô mới hình thành trên nền vết thương hoặc không gây đau.
Gel sẽ dần nở ra khi băng dán tiếp xúc với dịch.
Khả năng bám dính của lớp hydrocolloid sẽ thay đổi theo thời gian dán băng.
Sau khi dán băng một thời gian ngắn, độ bám dính sẽ tăng lên do băng dán được làm ấm bởi nhiệt độ cơ thể và đạt độ bám dính tối đa sau vài giờ.
Sau đó, độ ẩm từ vết thương và mồ hôi trên da tương tác với các phần tử hydrocolloid sẽ làm giảm dần độ bám dính của băng dán. Quá trình này diễn ra sau vài ngày, có thể lên tới 7 ngày. Các yếu tố nhiệt độ và độ ẩm cũng làm ảnh hưởng đến độ bám dính của băng dán.
